Otto teaches drums to 25 students on a weekly basis at De Cultuurcampus in Vleuterweide, Utrecht. 

As an external teacher Otto is involved with a variety of partners. He regularly works with: 

Cultuur19 - bandcoaching on high schools and jury in band competitions.

Herman Brood Academy - external assessor for exams, workshops and classes on education.

Rock City Institue - external assessor for exams.
